2008 Catholic High School Athletic Association Pre-season Baseball. Moore Catholic of Staten Island vs. Bishop Ford - April 3, 2008
at the Parade Ground, Brooklyn.
Kasceim Graham (3) of Bishop Ford High School Falcons registered six strike outs in the first two innings of today's baseball game
against the Mavericks of Moore Catholic High School of Staten Island, as he ended the day with 10 Ks. He also picked two runners
at first base to stay out of trouble. Kasceim got tired in the top of the six inning, as he
threw 71 pitches in the outing. He was relieved by Terrence Stubbs (2) who effectively shut down the Mavericks.
The baseball game ended in a two to two tied game, a the Mavericks starting pitcher Mike Carletti (10) was as effective as Graham in the "K"
category against the Falcons. Dillon McNamara (31) and
Anthony Langrone (19) contributed well on the mound for
Moore in this CHSAA pre-season competition. The CHSAA
regular season will start on Monday, April 7, 2007.
