 | 07.11.09 College Point Stars vs. New York Grays -Last two 12 year old undefeated teams meet at the Parade Ground, but #21 Fernandez drove #11 Tyler Fernandez home in the bottom of the seventh inning to keep the Grays as the only undefeated team in the 2009 New York City Baseball Federation Playoff. the Grays are now the only undefeated team. The eventual winner of the eight teams that participated in the tournament will represent New York City and its' surrounding areas in Springfield Massachusetts in the North Atlantic Regional of the American Amateur Baseball Congress (AABC) to face the best teams from Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, an the rest of New England. Don't be surprise if they will face teams from upstate New York. The eventual winner will make the trip to Puerto Rico to participate in the 2009 World Series.
