07.01.09 Youth Service Blue Demons vs. Bonnie Robins -
#21 George Hewitt hit a solo home run to tie the game and #8 Ivan Rivera's winning RBI single drove in #30 Ledell Robinson who followed Hewitt with a double as Robins defeated the Demons for the first time in the 2009 baseball season as Bantam teams.
Coach Jose Nunez' Youth Service Blue Demons swept the Robins in a double header at the beginning of the year.
Third base coach, Wayne Roberts, believes that his team can do better. He believes the Robins are a better hitting team, which he thinks underperformed compared to the usual.
Both teams are looking forward to the playoffs that could lead either to the American Amateur Baseball Congress World Series in Puerto Rico.
