07.09.09 Bayside Yankees vs. Bonnie Rockets -Keith Moore traveled deep for the Yankees, but the two one way trip rocket shots by Chris Malette and Jerry Valerio were more than what the Bonnies needed to bank the win. The game lasted only five innings because of darkness at the historic Parade Ground in Brooklyn, next to the Prospect Park
The game started 1/2 hour late because the Yankees’ coaches and the scheduled home plate umpire got stock in their automobile in traffic. Nevertheless, the Bayside players made their own line-up which stood well against the Rockets starting pitcher, as they bang him for two runs.
Giordano Rodriguez entered the game to shut the Yankees to finish the day like a movie star in a vampire movie that would win best picture. With win Rodriguez sparked a two games winning streak for the Rockets.
